Version: v1 · Effective: 2026-04-17
These terms govern the Maestro Partner Program ("Program") between MAESTRO SP Z O O ("Maestro", "we") and you ("Partner"). The Program is invitation-only. Accepting an invitation means accepting these terms.
Maestro pays Partner a fixed per-customer monthly commission for each subscriber attributed to Partner's code, for up to twelve (12) months per customer, while that customer remains actively subscribed. Rates, duration, and hold periods are specified in Partner's onboarding email and admin record, and may be amended in writing.
Commissions accrue in a pending state and become payable only after a refund-protection hold (default 60 days). If a customer's subscription is refunded or reversed at any time, the related commission is voided or clawed back from Partner's next payout.
Maestro pays Partner by bank transfer in USD after Partner has submitted a valid invoice. Partner is solely responsible for tax compliance in their jurisdiction. Maestro may request W-9 / W-8BEN / W-8BEN-E forms before first payout.
Partner may not use their own code to subscribe themselves, nor coordinate with others to generate fraudulent attribution. Self-purchases and fraudulent sign-ups do not count for commission and may result in termination.
Partner agrees to represent Maestro accurately and in good taste. Partner may not make claims Maestro hasn't authorized, use Maestro's trademarks outside agreed contexts, or present the Program as an official endorsement arrangement beyond the scope of this agreement.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by notice. On termination: (a) no new attributions will accrue; (b) previously paid commissions remain Partner's property; (c) commissions already accrued and within hold may be forfeit at Maestro's reasonable discretion if termination is for cause (fraud, breach).
Maestro does not share individual customer identity with Partner. Partner accesses only anonymized per-customer metrics (month of sign-up, subscription status, months accrued, commission total). Partner may not attempt to reverse-engineer customer identity.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Existing Partners operate under the version they accepted unless they explicitly agree to a new version.
